Pricing
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (which is currently 15% sales tax â if the GST rate changes we reserve the right to immediately amend our prices accordingly). Stock Levels:
Please note that because of multiple orders being placed at the same time by multiple people on our website, sometimes we may sell more of an item than we have in stock. If this happens we will notify you as soon as we are aware and either refund your money or send you a different product for up to the same value as the one you purchased with your approval.

We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped and we reserve the right to levy a $10 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Delivery

Delivery times given on this website are indicative only. Bumble & Birdie NZ Limited will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times but will try and contact you by phone or email if any late deliveries are anticipated. You understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to withdraw or modify any commitment made for the purchase of products from this website once that commitment has been made for any reason, including without limitation, due to any delay in delivery.
If however, the delivery has not happened after 30 days from the indicative delivery date, the buyer may, at their election, treat the failure to deliver as a terminating contractual event. In such an event Bumble & Birdie NZ Limited will refund any payment made to it in respect of that particular order.
Risk
Bumble & Birdie NZ Limited will retain ownership of the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risks in the products will pass to you on dispatch from Bumble & Birdie NZ Dispatch Facility.
Loss or Damage in Transit
Bumble & Birdie NZ Limited and its website Bumble & Birdie NZ will take every care in packing and dispatching your purchase but is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person. Bumble & Birdie NZ Limited is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.
Returns Policy for Website Purchases
We guarantee a money-back refund if you are not 100% happy with your online purchase from Bumble & Birdie NZ.
If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for exchange or a refund at that time.
Products will need to be returned to Bumble & Birdie NZ Limited within 15 days of receipt by you.
Please contact us first via email at sales@ bumbleandbirdie.co.nz so that we know to expect your return and we can advise you of a suitable return address.
Once we have received the goods and ascertained that they and their packaging are still in a condition that they can be resold for the full original retail price, you will receive a full refund less any courier and packaging charges and any discounts received at the time of purchase.
Any courier costs you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded unless we have made an error. Courier costs are generally non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless we have made an error. When an error has been made on our part and the product you received is not as expected please notify us to discuss covering your postage costs.
If an item has not performed or lasted to its expected time period or warranty period you can contact us at any time to discuss a resolution. Bumble & Birdie NZ Â always aims to bring you products that offer you good value for money so if you are unhappy please let us know and remember you are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
