BEGIN YOUR SOOTHING SELF-CARE RITUAL
Find a quiet space where you can be fully present – adjust lighting to be soft and warm, and take three slow, deep breaths to center yourself. Let the gentle rhythm of your breathing release tension and invite a sense of everyday tranquillity.

 

OPTION 1: BATH RITUAL

STEP 1: SET THE SCENE
Fill your tub with warm water to your desired depth. Add 2-3 pumps of Vanilla Baby Body Oil to the running water – swirl gently with your hand to disperse, creating a silky, fragrant bath blend.

STEP 2: SOAK & SOOTHE
Sink into the warm water and soak for 15-20 minutes. Let the jojoba, argan, and apricot kernel oils nourish your skin while warm notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and clove wrap your senses in comfort.

STEP 3: LOCK IN HYDRATION
Pat skin lightly dry with a soft towel (leaving it slightly damp). Take a generous scoop of Vanilla Kisses Body Butter, warm it between your palms, and smooth over your entire body – focusing on drier areas like elbows, knees, and heels.

 

OPTION 2: SHOWER RITUAL

STEP 1: CLEANSE FIRST
Wash your body with your usual gentle cleanser and rinse thoroughly.

STEP 2: APPLY OIL IN-SHOWER
While still in the warm shower and with skin damp, apply 1-2 pumps of Vanilla Baby Body Oil to your palms. Massage it over your body in slow, circular motions – the warm water will help the oils absorb deeply.

STEP 3: RINSE LIGHTLY & MOISTURIZE
Rinse briefly with warm water (avoid hot water which can dry skin). Pat skin dry, then apply Vanilla Kisses Body Butter as above to seal in moisture and leave skin feeling soft and supple.

 

OPTION 3: DAILY SKINCARE RITUAL

STEP 1: PREPARE YOUR SKIN
Start with clean, dry or lightly damp skin (after showering or bathing).

STEP 2: AWAKEN WITH OIL
Dispense a small amount of Vanilla Baby Body Oil into your palms, warm it between your hands, and massage over your body from fingertips to shoulders and toes to hips. Breathe in the comforting fragrance as you apply.

STEP 3: LOCK IN HYDRATION
Follow with Vanilla Kisses Body Butter, smoothing over skin to deliver deep nourishment and long-lasting hydration.
